I am That Girl is an empowerment company for girls and women founded by Alexis Jones. IATG is based in Los Angeles, California and offers workshops, seminars, life coaching/mentoring, consulting, motivational speaking and an interactive, on-line magazine at www.iamthatgirl.com.

To instill authentic confidence in girls and women everywhere.
"BELLISM":
A term, coined by Alexis Jones, to describe the study of modern media's distortion of the feminine image and a movement to empower women by redefining the narrow definition of "beauty" and instilling confidence in all girls/women. We are no longer seeking "equality" with men; we have shifted into a new wave of women who take pride BOTH in their strength and femininity.
WHO WE ARE:
We are a new wave of women. As Bellists we are passionate, beauty-full, goal driven women whose greatest strength knowingly lies in the combination of our confidence, strength and our femininity. We are everywhere and we are multiplying. History will recall a day when a group of women came together and the world was never the same. A twenty first century revolution is brewing that will leave women empowered, inspired, willing to set their own standards of beauty, and dreaming big. I am That Girl is a reminder to all of us that rather than point out other girls and say “That Girl“ has it all, that what we are admiring in her exists within us and we are in fact already “That Girl.“ We believe that every woman deserves to live an extraordinary life and we are here to make sure that we settle for nothing less!!

I am That Girl offers workshops, seminars, motivational speaking, one-on-one life coaching and an interactive, online magazine that provides a community where we can relate and connect to one other.WWW.IAMTHATGIRL.COM opens a dialogue to discuss entertainment, world issues, fashion, politics, personal matters, travel, art and any other topics facing women today. Our community provides support and educational tools necessary to achieve any goal. We have created a company that works from the inside out and is dedicated to enhancing a woman's inner beauty and confidence; the warehouse of real beauty. We are dedicated to inspiring women, celebrating positive female role models, empowering women to stand confidently in their own skin and make decisions that positively impact their own lives and allow them to contribute their talents and gifts to this world.

This company will start a revolution of women dictating life on their own terms, commanding respect from others and more importantly from themselves. We strive to create future women leaders in every profession, whether it's entertainment, science, politics, education, business or mother hood. We encourage women to define their own worth, be confident in their own skin, feel beautiful, believe in themselves, support one another, demand respect and reinvent themselves into whomever they CHOOSE to be.
OUR STAFF:
Now I wish I could articulate what it is like to be in the room with the 17 women who make up the IATG "Dream Team;" these are the brightest, most passionate, creative, mutually supportive, confident, proactive, driven, hard working, beauty-full girls I have ever been around and when we are all in a room, you find the hair on your arms standing straight up, as though called to attention by the energy swirling around. Any dream we have becomes possible; flying even loses its luster to the things we're able to conjure up. We work for a company that stands for something bigger than ourselves; we see the importance of fighting for social change, for being heard, and working to better this world one girl at a time. Our talents are diverse, our backgrounds, ethnicities, educations cover the gamut, yet we are unified by a single vision: to instill authentic confidence in all girls/women everywhere. Because of this True North we are able to create limitless possibilities, offer unparalleled creativity and a nourishing environment that allows us to bloom professionally, and blossom personally.
Our staff truly is a Mecca of phenomenal women and we officially have the job where we get to say, "And I can't believe I get paid to do this."
